Sneaking In Some Family Time.

How was your Easter weekend? Ours traditionally would have gone like most. Wake up, get dressed in our Easter outfits, go to church, enjoy a nice Easter ham for dinner and enjoy Easter baskets from my parents. Yes, my parents still give us grown up kids as well as all the grand kids an Easter basket. Don't judge me. You know you are jealous. LOL

This Easter was wonderfully different. My husband came home! He is in the Army and has been away for weeks. Gotta love the Army life. It was such a joy to have him home!! We decided to have quiet family time over Easter weekend. We went to the zoo, went on a nature walk, visited a small dinosaur exhibit, date night and I made the kids these cute shirts. I praise God that he gave us this precious time together. I'm so grateful to my friends and family that help make it possible for us to enjoy these special moments. Here are some pics to enjoy!

How was your Easter Holiday?

Blessings,
Starla J.
