I love sugar scrubs. They make my skin feel so smooth and like I just put lotion on in the shower. Love them! It is fairly easy to make them and the scent combinations are endless. So if you decide to make your own, have some fun with it! My favorite would probably have to be a coffee sugar scrub. I love coffee!! The recipe below is a great one for the Fall season.

Pumpkin Pie Spice Body Sugar Scrub Recipe

Ingredients:

Sugar (I used white because that's all I had in the pantry but you can use brown sugar.)
Pumpkin Pie Spice
Coconut Oil or your favorite oil
Vanilla (optional)

You mix these to the consistency you prefer. Some like theirs more dry and others may like theirs more wet. I used 1 cup of sugar, 1 tsp of Vanilla, 2 TBS of Pumpkin Pie Spice and about 1/2 cup of oil. Mix well. Pour into a mason jar or air tight container. I used a pint sized mason jar. I've heard these might last up to 2 months but I always use mine up way before the 2 month mark ends. After showering, use your body scrub from neck down; gently scrubbing and rinse off.

Of course, if you are allergic to any of these ingredients switch them out for something that you are not allergic to.

Enjoy!

Blessings,

Starla J.
